I have been working in the media industry for the past 7 years. As a Senior Creative Producer, I take on a significant leadership role in overseeing the entire creative process. My primary responsibility is to manage and lead a team of creatives to deliver high-quality content that meets the client's objectives and exceeds their expectations. I am responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals, values, and target audiences and collaborating with my team to develop customised creative solutions that align with these factors. In addition, I oversee project management to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing deadlines, timelines, and quality standards. I also take on the responsibility of leading and mentoring the creative team, from guiding and teaching junior creatives and getting them up to speed on the workflow and creative requirements of said company or organisation. Also providing guidance and support to team members and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
