​Creative Process​

 

Concept
Developed the idea around Employment Hero’s brand tone and messaging. Researched their existing ads through Meta Ads Library to match the feel, rhythm, and tone of their current campaigns.

Pre-Production
Brainstormed multiple concepts and storyboarded the strongest ideas. Collected brand assets from their website, Instagram, and Facebook, identifying fonts, colour palette, and Pantone references to ensure consistency. Focus on maximising the use of AI in this video.

Production
Finalised the storyboard and determined what visuals and text appear on each screen. Built slides and timed animations so each message has a clear impact and flow. Created the script and AI voice over for the final ad.​ Sourced and designed supporting visuals (clock animation, lightning bolts, notification icons) and layered in sound effects to enhance the energy and emotion. Created an AI-generated video of the Employment Hero bunny that blends seamlessly with the brand’s established look and social identity.

Final Assembly
Placed all elements together to create a natural rhythm and visual flow. Balanced timing, transitions, and sound design so the message lands clearly and the video feels polished, professional, and on brand.
